That’s an amazing story. It does, though, leave me with several questions. Were there any repercussions for the hospital? Was this one person at the hospital who falsified a report (perhaps to try to protect himself) or was it some sort of scheme by risk managers and others? What did the lawyer do after this doctor told him the report was false weeks before the deposition?
